PRICE and Dr. Udai Bhan Singh agree to collaborate on research papers, reports, technical notes, and other relevant publications with the goal to understand and establish the development management principles and practices in India and globally. Both stakeholders will share knowledge and expertise to improve their respective research methods and will assist each other in enhancing the quality their analyses.

DAV Post Graduate College was established by its mother institution, Arya Vidya Sabha. Kashi under the umbrella of Banaras Hindu University (BHU). The college has received permanent affiliation from BHU in 1954. With the passage of time, the Department of Economics, DAV PG College, BHU has become very vibrant with its active participation in teaching, research. and consultancies. The Department is involved in several research projects and consultancies, having contemporary relevance. In keeping with its multidisciplinary character. it carries out research in diverse and emerging areas on developmental issues from a broad inter- disciplinary perspective. It aspires to gain insights into the process of development and alternative policy options and to further disseminate the knowledge acquired.

Purpose and Scope: The purpose of this MOU is to establish a cooperative working relationship between the Dr. Udai Bhan Singh, Assistant Professor , Department of Economics, DAV Post Graduate College, Varanasi and the PRICE to: (i) Facilitate data exchange for the data to be utilised for research purposes and data-driven decision making; (ii) Collaborate on research projects, event, publications, and methodological improvements; (iii) Establish an invitation program to enhance collaboration through short visiting stays for researchers.
