  • 19 Urban Cities: Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Cuttack, Ernakulum, Guntur, Gwalior, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Surat and Varanasi
  • 10 Rural districts: Bangalore, Delhi, Ernakulum, Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Nagpur, Raipur and Ranchi
